Sing Up is delighted to be Together with Music’s education partner. Together with Music is a national digital campaign that aims to lift the spirits of thousands of people, young and old, through music and building intergenerational connections.
The project connects care homes with local schools and groups through music to tackle loneliness and isolation. Signing up is completely free and the process is simple. Find out more.
