Sing Up Day

Every year, Sing Up sets aside a special day to celebrate the joy and power of singing, inviting everyone around the world to take part in any way they choose at a location of their choice. On 18 June 2025, Sing Up’s global singing celebration, Sing Up Day, will return for its 15th year!

This year is all about self-belief, trusting in ourselves and tapping into our inner power, and we’ll be learning a specially commissioned song called In me I trust  by Ashleigh-Mae Schoburgh-Crooks. The song’s lyrics act as uplifting affirmations that we’re sure will leave pupils feeling empowered. 

To make Sing Up Day extra special this year, we’ve teamed up with our charitable arm, the Sing Up Foundation, to help you tap deeper into the mental health and wellbeing benefits of singing and creative music-making. Alongside the Sing Up Day song, we’ll be providing a lyric video and assembly plan, as well as rap and song-writing activities for Key Stage 2/3. 

To top it all off, you’ll have the opportunity to record your performances of this year’s anthem and have it included as part of our 2025 Digichoir – a video bringing together footage from schools across the world singing this year’s song.
