If you have a real passion for all things data and customer support, great communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail, you will want to know about the role we’re looking to fill in our team.

We’re looking for a proactive, dedicated, and collaborative team player with a strong interest in working with varying data sets as well as customers, and a desire to explore useful business insights and to help improve data flows and processes continuously. You will be part of a friendly team in a busy digital music education business who provide opportunities for children and young people to sing regularly for all the benefits that brings.

This role will give you an unparalleled opportunity to develop new skills, innovate, and learn about different aspects of data and operations within a small business.

Location: Gateshead, Tyne & Wear

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time 

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
