We’re looking for a proactive, highly creative and collaborative team player with a passion for digital communications and experience in email marketing. You will be part of an innovative marketing team specialising in digital marketing, online communications and curating and sharing engaging content for Sing Up site users worldwide.
You will have a key role in creating emails, print advertising, marketing collateral, website copy and digital advertising to drive the sales pipeline. This will mean you’ll need top class writing skills and the ability to put together sparkling and on-brand copy quickly plus have a great eye for design. You will be used to tweaking and optimising your communications to lead to greater impact and be enthusiastic about metrics.
The successful candidate will not only be able to create on-brand marketing collateral (using Adobe Creative Suite or similar) but plans, schedules and reports. The role will require a highly motivated and imaginative self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
This senior role heads up the sales marketing strategy, working with the marketing team and wider organisation to meet sales targets and help Sing Up move into new markets. You will have a proven track-record in achieving sales growth and significant experience in lead generation through on and offline channels, plus on-the-pulse knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce. Your reporting and analysis skills will be first-rate, and your data insights will help inform strategy.
You will line-manage the Sales Marketing Executive and Customer Support Team, so will need to develop in-depth knowledge of customer trends, behaviours and motivations. You will be results and metrics-driven, leading to continuous improvement of Sing Up’s sales marketing efforts and sales pipeline.
Your marketing output – emails, adverts and printed collateral – will be of a high standard, demonstrating brand integrity and awareness, and you will be able to steer team members to uphold brand values. The role will require a highly organised individual with a passion for marketing and business strategy in an evolving marketplace.
