Support Assistant

If you are a self-starter with bags of energy, great communication skills and a passion for music and singing, you will want to know about the role we’re looking to fill in our team.

We are looking for a proactive and creative team player with great communication skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be part of a friendly team in a busy digital music education business where teamwork and collaboration are the order of the day.

You will have a key role in supporting customers on the phone, by email, and in supporting the wider staff team across the board. This role will give you an unparalleled opportunity to develop new skills and learn about different aspects of operations and administration within a small business.

Ideally, the successful candidate will also have some design skills and be able to create on-brand digital and physical marketing materials (using Adobe Creative Suite or similar). You will also be required to prepare regular customer service reports for the management team.

Communications Officer

If you are talented, creative and passionate about marketing, sales and education... You could be a perfect fit for our team.

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team player with a flair for communications and experience in email marketing. You will be part of an innovative team specialising in digital marketing, online communications and sharing engaging content for Sing Up site users worldwide. You will have a key role in creating emails, marketing collateral, website copy and digital advertising to drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, the ability to put together on-brand copy quickly, and a great eye for design. You will be used to tweaking and optimising your communications to lead to greater impact and have an enthusiasm for metrics.

Digital Marketing Officer

Are you passionate about music education? Do you have experience in digital marketing? We want to hear from you.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and knowledgeable individual to join our buzzing London office. You will be part of an innovative team specialising in digital marketing, online communications and sharing engaging content for Sing Up site users worldwide.

The successful candidate will be creative, with a keen eye for detail, whilst being able to manage and multi-task deadlines. You will play an important role in the team by implementing the company wide digital marketing strategy. You will be able to work independently and be used to scheduling campaigns across a wide array of platforms; Facebook, Twitter and Google Adwords.
