Howard Goodall
Howard Goodall was appointed to the role of the Singing Ambassador in January 2007 and has since been working with government departments and the Music Manifesto on the development of the National Singing Programme.

Music Manifesto
The Music Manifesto is a national campaign to extend and improve opportunities for young people to make music and develop the skills to do so. It offers a five-year vision and set of priorities focusing on ensuring the participation of the majority of children and young people in music making, instrumental learning and singing.
