I looked in the info about this song (the Teaching Song Guides) and it says it means "we are dancing the labada, the funny waltz" .... might be better to translate it as 'dance' unless you want to get into why it's a funny waltz ... i'e' not actually a waltz at all.

The children I teach really enjoy singing this and the other 'Singing Playgrounds' songs. However, they would also really like to know what the words of both this and the Estonian song mean. Can anyone help?
