I can't download the sheet music either, that's the only bit I wanted! It says I have 12 weeks to print it out but I can't find any way of printing it. Any suggestions? thanks.

I can't access the sheet music. All I get is a blank page. I downloaded the tracks in December but want to sing this with my school choir and need the sheet music. Could you please help?

Hi Miss Kilvert,

Thanks for your comment. Free songs have the same rules regarding the 12 week window because the copyright rules that Sing Up needs to adhere to are the same. I will email you the song files and please make sure you always print the sheet music out quickly. It might be that another member of staff at your school unlocked the song a while ago, as everyone at your school shares your school account.

I'll be in touch very soon, and hope you enjoy the NSUD 2013 anthem!

PS - I didn't unlock this song 12 weeks ago - I tried for the first time earlier this week. Also - if it's a free song to membes does it still have those same rules?

It is when you click on the large arrow under the song sheet/lyrics tab that it only opens up a black blank screen. There is nothing to print and no print button.

Hi Mrs Ling and Mrs Edgerton,

Just to explain, you shouldn't be able to download the sheet music, but print it off. To do this you click on the Lyrics/ Song sheets tab, the large arrow and then the printer icon, which should send the music to the printer.

If you are seeing a black screen at this point, it will be because you unlocked the song over 12 weeks ago. Our copyright agreements state that sheet music needs to be printed out and kept somewhere safe within a 12 week window.

Make sure that whenever you download a song you print out the sheet music immediately and keep it safe.

We'll get the sheet music for Can you hear my voice? to you today, and we're sorry if the 12 week window wasn't clear enough. We are looking at how to improve our messaging around this so it's clear for everyone how to get their sheet music.

Thank you for your patience in this issue!

I've also tried to download the sheet music for this and just ended up with a blank page. Annoying way to use up a download credit and I need it to teach the parts properly. It's a fantastic song.

Dear Tulloch,

The good news is that as a Sing Up Member you can access all of the tracks associated with Can you hear my voice, including the backing track. You can either download the track of your choice or you can play it again and again online, simply by clicking above on the track name!

Is it me, or is this track out of sink? It sounds like the backing vocals aren't in time with the track.. I love the song. Is there any chance of a backing track without any voices at all?
