Take along other puppets and make up new verses with the children:
A lamb sat in a pram............ Baa, baa, baa, baa.
A mouse sat in a house ............. scratch, scratch, scratch, scratch.

What a great song! brilliant for rhyme, and the children love exploring tempo and dynamics through the verses. thank you
