Song Writer Biography

Sha Armstrong

Sha Armstrong is currently Head of Music and Community Director for the Performing Arts at Thamesmead School in Shepperton, Middlesex. She has worked in numerous nurseries as a singing teacher and entertainer and was previously part of a band playing professionally both here and abroad. Sha lives in Twickenham with her two children Silas and Phoebe.

My class love this song-we find ourselves singing snatches of it at odd times during the day! We did an assembly about how important BUGs are to the environment and sang it to the whole school.Thanks Sha.

My class are obsessed with this song! At every opportunity they want to sing it. Their favourite part is the B-U-G bit. Big happy faces and lots of lovely singing! :o)

I love this song! I love the tune, I love the lyrics, and I love everything about it! Everyone in my class hate bugs, so they love to sing this song, because they think it's absolutely true. (Including me!)
