A: All schools working towards an Award must be Sing Up Members. This means that schools must complete their Award whilst they are Members, or renew their subscription if they have not finished. If you have any question about this, you can always contact the Awards team who will be happy to help you.
A: You can enter any information while your Membership is active, and as long as it has been saved, it will not be lost if your Membership expires. You will then be able to access it again once your Membership is renewed.
A: Please login and check whether you can see the information you entered originally. If you can, then you can simply delete or edit it until you are satisfied and then submit it when you are ready. Please note, evidence submitted should be less than one year old. If you’d prefer to start again from scratch, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: All boxes must be completed and the correct evidence submitted under each criteria (ie. whether its video/audio/document and the number of pieces required). If everything is complete, the dots at the top of each section will turn from red to green. Once the whole form is complete you’ll be given the option to ’Submit’ your Award. If you think you’ve uploaded everything and you’re still not able to submit your application, please contact email@example.com.
A: If you are uploading video or audio evidence, please ensure that it is in one of the accepted formats and that doesn’t exceed the maximum file size. Details of the requirements can be found in Chapters 4 and 5 of our Awards Handbook. If you’re still having difficulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: First of all, you will need to ensure that the person who is going to be the new Awards Champion has their own login, and they must be attached to your school’s Membership (please contact email@example.com if you need help with this). If the old Awards Champion is still a member of staff at the school, they’ll then need to login (with their own email address) and reassign the Awards Champion to the new person. If the old Awards Champion has left the school, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
A: Once logged in with your own email address, you should click on ‘Sing Up Awards’ and then either ‘Your Awards Profile’ or ‘Pledge Now’. If you are not seeing this when you login, please contact email@example.com.
A: If this happens it is likely that the Awards Champion is registered under more than one school (possibly because they were registered at a previous school). If this is the case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
A: Please check that you are logging in with your own email address (ie. the email address you are personally registered with as opposed to another email address used by the school). If you unsure what this is or are still experiencing problems, please contact email@example.com.
A: In order to do an Award you need to be a Sing Up Member school. Once you have logged in, click on the main Sing Up Awards tab at the top of the page and you should see another tab called 'Your Awards Profile' on the left hand side. If you are logged in and you don't see this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
