A: All schools working towards an Award must be Sing Up Members. This means that schools must complete their Award whilst they are Members, or renew their subscription if they have not finished.
A: We are hoping that all our Award schools will take up Membership, but if your school is unable to become a Member then the value of your national Sing Up Award will not change. However, we’re aware of the need to sustain the singing activity in Award schools so we will be looking into a revalidation process in the future. If you have any suggestions about this then we’d love to hear your thoughts – please contact us.
A: Due to the recent changes to the Awards Framework we are currently undergoing developments to the Awards Profile area. Thanks for your patience as we get this ready for you.
In the meantime, you can start to plan for your Award by downloading the Awards Handbook and contacting us with your interest. We can then send you further information to get you started on your journey.

Remember that the maximum file size that you can upload is 50MB.
A: You can download the Wall Chart from your Sing Up Awards profile.
A: Your Awards profile is a password protected area of the Sing Up website. When you upload evidence, the only people who can view it are:
1) other teachers at your school
2) your selected endorser
3) the Sing Up Awards team.
While it is good practice to get permission from parents and guardians for any images you take of children, permission is not directly required for you to upload these images to your Awards profile. If Sing Up wished to use any information or evidence for training or publicity, we would contact your school first.
A: Yes. You are able to contact other schools that have either achieved or are working towards a Sing Up Award using the Contact Map. You can access the map by going to ‘Your Awards Profile’ and clicking on the ‘Contact Other Schools’ speech bubble on the top right hand side of the page.
A: You can only gain access to the Awards Profile area if you are a Sing Up Member school. To begin working on a Sing Up Award, select the 'Your Awards Profile' link from the Awards page when logged in to the Sing Up website.
A: Currently the Awards are just for primary schools. We will let all registered users know if we begin to develop Awards for secondary schools or individuals.
