Not only is it fun to play, but children are encouraged to carry out maths calculations in order to win the game.
Depending on the abilities of the group, subtraction can be substituted for addition or why not push your class with more challenging sums on the dice? This game can be adapted for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by using a smaller range of numbers and simpler commands.
It’s also a great opportunity for the children to get creative and make their very own board design; pupils can stretch their imaginations to create more magical marine scenes.
