Hi Mrs Warren,

We're sorry to hear you're having problems printing. To print out the song sheets, all you need to do is click the small printer icon in the same window. This should send the complete document to the printer. If you click on 'File' and 'Print' you will find that the song sheets don't print properly. We need you to print using the printer icon as it's through this that we collect how many times a song has been printed out for copyright purposes.

Please try this and don't hesitate to get in touch if it still doesn't work!

I can't print out the music score. We have used one of our download credits and can view the whole score but it only prints the first line of music really small. How do we set it up to print please.

miss hunter

i do not agree with sing up becuase you have to pay just to see the lyrics on your white bord and hear the tune you might as well go on youtube get the song and then go on google and sherch for the lyrics.

When I copy the backing track it only copies the first few seconds. I've done this three times now and it's always the same. Why is this?
