
- Choose an era – like the Victorian times – and learn songs that were written during that period
- Record a song and get it played on your local radio station

- Invite guests from another school, or visit another school and have a joined-up singing celebration!
- Write an alternative anthem for your school
- Find out what parents’ favourite songs are, learn them, and perform them to the parents at an end of school assembly
- Get your dinner ladies to teach you a song
- Go on a singing walk around your community
- Play singing ‘Chinese Whispers’ by having one group learn a brand new song, and teach it to another group, who teach it to another group, and so on. Perform it at the end of the day. How does it sound?
