The Singalong bus visits Lambeth

A group of pupils from Glenbrook Primary school were treated to a session on the Singalong bus last Friday.

The bus may have been parked in the playground, but singing leader Rachel took the class of year 4’s on a musical world journey.

After warming up with Boom chicka boom, the group sang about sailing imaginary canoes, peeling make-believe fruit and they even sang a Polish folk song (to the delight of a pupil from Poland!).

It wasn’t just the pupils who were feeling the benefits. Some teachers joined in and had a great time too. At the end, Music co-ordinator Melloney Arnett immediately registered the school with Sing Up.

Stay tuned for further exploits of the Singalong bus.
