On 18th May, Sing Up held an exciting and challenging landmark event at Contact Theatre in Manchester.
The 'National Beatboxing Conference' focused on the vocal skill and its wide ranging educational applications. The day was packed full with exciting workshops, presentations and performances, all led by national and international practitioners.
A whole range of delegates attended: from young leaders, to teachers and budding Beatboxers! Everyone was delighted at having the chance to develop their skills and discover its historical and social/cultural background.
