Three cheers for St Petrocs CEVA Primary School in Cornwall! They became the 50th school to have their Platinum Award endorsed earlier this week.
Platinum Schools are ambassador singing schools, connecting with and inspiring other schools and their local communities through singing.
Christine Judge of Cornwall Learning Music endorsed the Award and is delighted at the school’s acheivements. ‘St Petroc's is a school which understands the value of putting singing at the heart of the their lives and the wider community.’ She told us. ‘They use singing in many ways to help pupils develop self-esteem. Children enjoy themselves whilst striving for high standards.”
