Hi Miss Z,
Thank you for your comment, we're sorry you've been having trouble. Looking at your details I can see that you are registered as an 'Other' user type. Due to our funding and copyright restrictions only certain users are able to download our resources - those that work professionally with school-age children in England. However, as a registered user you are able to listen to all the songs on our Song Bank, watch our videos and read online versions of our magazines.
For more information or if you feel you are registered incorrectly, please get in touch at support@singup.org

I registered but I can't work out how to sign up to receive the magazines. I am only a trainee teacher so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Mrs White: You can register to the Silver Award by going to the orange Award section - but you have to be registered with your school first. If you need more help, you can Contact Us.
Miss O'Donnell: You can record songs by going to Sing and Share, and selecting PureSolo.
Mrs Ford: If you've managed to leave a comment, it means that you're already registered. Great! Let us know via the Contact Us page if you need any more help.

Hi Mr. Mayberg and Miss Kelly, It looks like you are now both registered. Fantastic! As you aren't based in England, you'll have limited access to our resources because full access is restricted to people who work with primary-age children in England. For more information, please visit our FAQs or Contact Us.
