Sing Up Lindsey is delivered by soundLINCS, the Lincolnshire Music Development Agency. As an active partner, soundLINCS engages children (in particular, disenfranchised boys) with singing activities, working with transitional age groups.

Its projects build a culture of singing within four community clusters, working across the districts of East Lindsey and West Lindsey.

Each cluster contains three small primary schools and one secondary school. Projects embrace community groups and activities that connect pupils and their families to their schools, such as youth centres, sports clubs, scouts, festivals and summer schools.
