Sing Up Burton is an 18-month project to increase singing activity in schools and share the joy of singing with wider communities.

Programme activities include song writing workshops for children in transition, singing clubs for primary school children and training courses to enable people to lead singing activities.

Other activities bring children and young people together for performances, creative workshops and to share traditional songs from different cultures, with sing-along sessions in community and public venues.

Sing Up leaders work in primary and secondary schools, youth and community groups, and invite everyone to enjoy the benefits of getting together for a good sing.
